As much as the SFI opportunity is free, it is totally up to each individual to decide whether they will take the opportunity serious and build a Successful business.
Here are indicators that I feel show a PSA and CSAs' seriousness to build a successful SFI business :
1.Upon an PSA's sign up they can show there initial enthusiasm by achieving Fast Track membership. Making 500 VPs in the first 24 hours. If a PSA becomes a Fast Track member this shows their enthusiasm to take SFI as far as they can.
-promote their enthusiasm by introducing rewards for achieving EA status, competitions. Consider PSA reassigning to them. For them to build their own team (thus your generations). Or gift certificates to encourage purchases from TripleClicks to make EA2.
2. When a PSA signs up in they have their Getting Started Actions to make VPs. These actions include a specific task that will give you an initial indication of seriousness.

-be ready to respond to them when you receive this message. Promote your competitions and give key advice that helped you on your way. As this will show your support to their enthusiasm.
3. Indicators for PSA and CSA being serious will be their response to your team emails. Any team affiliate that actions your tips our requests for assistance when communicated with.
-continue to tip and challenge these affiliates. Continue to feed your affiliates who are hungry.
4. The Greatest indicator of a PSA and CSAs seriousness to build a successful SFI business is....... ACTIVITY!
They will show out clearly on your MOVERS page. You will see their names and their progress for the month.

-treat them with care, as you would an egg in the palm of your hand. Have a look at their VP ledger and guide them where they can acquire more VP.
