I personally check my movers list a couple times a day as the end of the month draws near I find myself checking the movers list up to three or four times a day. To me this is one of the important tools that SFI has provided for the affiliates.
If you know the qualifications for each of the levels from AFF (Affiliate) up to PTL (Platinum),, you can look in your movers list and see who is about to acquire enough VP to re-qualify for their level or if they have enough VP to make the next level.
I have created a small incentive plan that I use my movers list for. When an affiliate whether a PSA (Personal Sponsored Affiliate) or CSA (Co-op Sponsored Affiliate). Obtains a given amount of VP during the month I will send them a $2.00 gift certificate.
Ever week I post the top ten movers on my recognition page which includes the total of their individual VPs. I place them in the order of the highest to the lowest VP totals. I noticed right away an increase in activities among the movers.
To receive their reward they must earn the listed amount of VP that I recorded or get more than that. I also have a second level for my movers to try for.
During the month the movers who obtain EA – EA2 or above automatically get one free share on my new affiliate co-op rotator for the next month. This is awarded to my PSAs and CSAs alike.
By using the system of incentives in relation to your movers list you can watch with excited anticipation as your team mates reach the levels you have set for their rewards.
Last month my top ten movers were rewarded with over 80 new affiliates from the team rotator that they didn’t have to pay for.
This is working for me – I don’t want to say it is the best way because some team leaders may not be able to afford to make the $2.00 payments along with paying for new affiliates and giving them to their movers.
The above incentives can be changed to match a level that you might be able to afford like giving TCredits and/or good reassignments.
