You should have no problems identifying these people. Here are some of the ways you can tell:
Go and have a look at their profile:
- when did they join SFI
- what is their rank/status level - are these being maintained or built upon
- are they above or below the 'green line' and by how much
- their VP Ledger and check out what work they are doing - are they logging in every day and actioning the 'to do lists'
- have they completed their registrations and profile
- have they entered tips
- what badges are shown against their name - how active are they
Have a look at their activities within SFI:
- Are they purchasing items from TripleClicks
- Do they have Standing Orders
- Are they recruiting affiliates and how are their PSAs (downlines) working
- what are their star ratings if they have been rated by their teams
- Are they entering team competitions, SFI challenges, responding to incentives, responding to your coaching, taking part in the Forum, involved with the ASK SC etc...
The above are observations but by your constant communications with them, you will certainly identify early the serious PSAs and CSAs. They will be enthusiastic and promptly reply to messages, ask questions and tell you that they are very serious about building a successful SFI business.
