The My Movers tab contains your workers who have been logging on to their homepage or who have some recent activities. It is a good indicator of the team members who need your continued guidance and the specific help that they may need.
I have used this tab to see at a glance if my team members are slowing down, missing some actions or if they have done something special that deserves mention or a reward. Just recently I noticed that one of my CSA's had not logged on for about five days which was very unusual. I sent him a quick email enquiring after his health and the welfare of his family. He responded that it was a difficult time for his family business as they prepare for holiday rush. I recommended some strategies that would help him to keep logging on and he is since back on track.
I also use My Movers tab to commend and reward my team members. I noticed that two team members kept logging on everyday even though the only VersaPoints that they were able to earn for the month came from the daily, weekly and monthly actions. I admire their perseverance and told them so. I also rewarded them with free hits to the gateway of their choice.
My Movers tab very quickly gave me information on a new EA2 that was reassigned to me as a Second Home CSA. I made contact with her and she responded very quickly.
Although I am not replacing my genealogy with the My Movers tab, I find the latter to be very useful in helping me to communicate with my team who are working, encourage them, motivate them and reward them. Building a successful SFI business is about building a successful team and My Movers tab helps me along the way.
