I am quite sure that the answers that are presented for this question will very a lot – due to the fact that affiliates “focus” will have to be determined by what is needed most in their personal business...
If you are not in a leadership position yet your main focus should be in sponsoring new affiliates to increase the size of your team.
As you are signing up new affiliates you need to also focus on training them how to duplicate what it is you are doing. And you need to start helping them to build their business.
Once you have established a fair size of members in your team you will have to shift some of your focus to selling TripleClicks products and services. Remember affiliates only get paid if products are sold to customers and/or used by you and your team.
As you can see the point of “focus” will have to change as you are growing your personal business. There really isn’t any “best” action to focus on unless you want to generalize it all into one category and that would be to:
Focus on duplication and teach your team to do the same.
