"How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?" this is a question I often asked myself. I've started and quit this business a lot. Only once was because of this question. And when I figured it out I realized that I better get back to SFI sooner than later because it really was the best internet business on the internet. I always had awesome service from Corporate and my questions were always answered with utmost respect. And I knew the system worked. I was always frustrated with my team and how they operated.
What I learned: It's not about the PSA's and CSA's. It's up to us as leaders and executives. They don't know how to build a successful business and it's up to us to point them in the right direction; we cannot build their business for them. So we as leaders need to have the right attitude, know where to point them, ALWAYS keep it simple and do whatever it takes to help them succeed. Communicate: tell them why you can or cannot do something. If it's not wise or something you wouldn't recommend let them know and WHY! If they know how: you will see it happen and they will 'climb the SFI ladder' to success with minimal questions. Allow them and simply email them ecards to show them you are still their and appreciating their efforts. Everyone has different lessons to learn when it comes to business as well as different parts of this business will attract different people. It's not SFI, TripleClicks, or YOU! Everyone has their own set of preferences: what they like, what they're good at, and what they will never ever do. Ever. It's ok. Allow them to learn. If you do it for them they will not learn. Everything takes time. Consistency, dedication, and commitment. Passion REALLY helps, but is not a requirement. (that's my personal opinion from personal experience:)It won't bother me if you disagree!!!
