I'm new to SFI as well and it can be overwhelming load of information that cannot be absorbed all at once. So, I focus first on naking sure I'm logging in daily. Then you can work your tabs on your to do list and read the information in under all your tabs to enlighten yourself. I really pay attention to the alert tab it will have thing in it to earn VP's that's why I say read. You have games that you receive Vp's for playing. You have to log in first to even begin a routine. Hope I helped you.
