In order to motivate your team members you need to encourage them and let them know that you are alive, by sending them a card or an email at least two to three times per week. You also need to follow your advise by have done the things that you advise them to do. Offer to assist them with any question they or issues related to SFI that they may have.
Send them video showing how and what need to be done and if your team doesn't speak English. Go to Google Translator and translate their language from English and forward to them. Do not be demanding or respond in a negative way, always, be positive or they will be turned off.
