This is very good question and at same time very hard to do.
Why is hard to do?
Because we all are not the same and all of us have different wishes,limits,turn off's and turn on's.
You can't discover everybody's middle point of activation but what You can do is to stay in contact with everybody in team through team mail,personal mail and stream mail and try to learn them to explore the Training tab and find the goals for itselfs and go for it.
You can to achieve some badges and some benefits from job and then lead by example.
Give your team members what they can recieve but on same time You work on level what you can and it will motivate them to duplicate the same or what they can.
Lead by example and work wih the workers.
