As a team leader you get to earn matching Versa Points on up to 12 levels of downline referrals. Each Versa Point is a share in the profits of TripleClicks and building a strong and active network of people in your downline can generate millions of these shares every month even if you personally have to take time off from your business.
1500 VP becomes around 73 to 75 cents in earnings most months, if you are a bronze team leader the 3,000 VP would add about $1.50 to your commissions, but if your PSA become BTL as well you would also get 3,000+ VP from each of them, so let's say you have 5 BTL in your level 1 downline. Each of them get's 5 BTL and again you get 3,000+ VP per month off each of them as well. That's now 30 people you are earning a minimum $1.50 from for $45 a month from matching VP alone.
If those 5 get 5 another 125 people will pass up 3,000+ VP to you every months. Those 5 get 5 and another 625 people pass up 3,000+ VP. This continues down 6 levels as a BTL and becomes a full time income just having 5 good people who you help get 5 good people each.
