One being an opportunity to prove to ourselves that we can be a good team leader.
Going back to your question,
financially, we can benefit much from our PSAs.
- Through their VersaPoints, we gain a matching VP for it which equals to additional income for us. And if we have a higher team leader status, we gain up to 6 or more levels of matching VPs.
- All their purchases, we get a direct commission. I quote from the compensation plan index "Each time an SFI affiliate that you have personally sponsored–OR a TC member that you have personally referred–places an order at TripleClicks.com, you earn 45% of the CV."
Just imagine if all your PSA's have standing orders! Wow! That is a great deal of financial benefit. And if they are all active with their own team of downline PSAs, then you have more VP matching and greater share of the Executive Pool!
