I think if you keep things simple for your team this will go a long way into building a successful team.
Just encouraging your team members to read SFI basics, the launchpad, and the SFI three-step simple plan, will go a long way for laying out the foundation for your prospective affiliates to grow and prosper with this business.
If you need to keep motivating and encouraging your affiliates to do some reading and basic actions in order to build build a successful business than these people are not the ones that you want to be working with.
It's not hard to make executive affiliate every month. The trouble for me has been trying to recruit affiliates who see the value in becoming an executive affiliate and maintaining executive affiliate status every single month. Once the light bulb went on for me I recognized how valuable SFI really is in building a successful business for ourselves. People who do not want to become an executive affiliate and maintain that status every single month either do not want to be in business for themselves or have yet been educated enough to understand the value of this business. Our job is not to force people to want to be in business for themselves, instead we help educate the people who want to be in business for themselves on how SFI is the best in doing just that.
We accomplished that by learning from our upline and applying those things learned into our business. We then take those elements that worked to make us successful with our own businesses and teach our teams to duplicate it for themselves.
