I think that the financially benefit from the efforts of PSAs comes by generated sales on TripleClicks by them. This will directly benefit the sales VP for you and thus higher rank and share the commission with the sale. Higher rank get more posibilities for earning. Also, with better work they get higer rank and your benefits are greater.
