Hello Florence, your whole focus should be on helping your downline achieve success. Things to do include:
1. See your team members as your colleagues and not your sub-ordinate, therefore don't be too pushy.
2. Hash words should not proceed from your mouth to your team members at all times, especially inactive ones.
3. Give them enough independence on running their own business, your words to them should always be advisory in nature.
4. Lead by example, be doer of what you want your team members to do.
5. Try as much as possible to welcome every new member(PSAs and CSAs) to your team and initiate a chat session with them.
6. Always appreciate the effort of each of your team members e.g for being consistent every month.
7. Congratulates anyone of them that WINs in any contest e.g E365, Daily Grand, T-Time, Knock Out Trivia etc.
8. Motivate everyone to put in good effort by anouncing prizes for achievement; e.g. be EA2 this month and earn 5 Tcredits etc
9. Always look at your PSAs and CSAs VPLedger page and tell them what they can do to improve themselves.
10. Always open your team members to new discoveries you have learn to help them grow.
11. Emphasize always on the use of training materials at the SFI homepage.
12. Update your blog and leadership page with encouraging words frequently, and include in every correspondence with your team members.
13. You as a leader must not give up on any of your team members no matter what.
14. Finally, teach them how to do the things you do to be successful. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.
