In general, send team mails that will apply to all members. Reminders to do daily tasks, learn something new every day, read all Forum posts for extra DailyGrand entry, rate 30 askSC answers, etc.
For more specific support/motivation, go to Movers tab first, check VP Ledger for activities. When you see someone lacking in any area, send an e-card of tips that might be of interest to them, or tactful suggestions.
If they do not respond, leave them be. If they do, and need/want more help, go for it with gusto!!
Do NOT "demand" anything from your team, only suggest, invite, tell your actions in a similar situation. These team members are your partners in business, not your employees!!
