You can support your team members without demanding too much or turning them off if you focus on the following:
1. Let them know that it is necessary for them to take it easy so that they will not be overwhelmed by information overload and that any time they are confused, they should revert to the three basic steps; sponsor at least 5 PSAs, guide them to become EAs and they should encourage their team members to do the same.
2. Always give an impression that you are here to help them rather than benefit from them or exploit them.
3. Rather than just encourage them to work hard and invest, insist on the benefits they will derive if they work hard and make convenient investments. Also let them be aware that investment decisions is purely their prerogative and not a requirement here at SFI.
4. Be very professional in your dealings with them and promptly respond to all their questions and concerns.
5. Always send meaningful weekly newsletters with tips, SFI news update and other interesting development directed at building a successful business. Please avoid irresponsible and unreasonable contents. Ensure the frequency with which you send weekly messages are appropriate, consistent and timely.
6. Behave in such a way as to demonstrate you are real, human and compassionate by giving out your contact and where possible, engage physically with them; telephone, video calls, face-to-face meeting, conference calls and engage using the SFI Instant Messaging (SFIM)service when they are online.
7. It is very important to recognize their hard work and dedication by praising them in your stream posts, recognition area in the forum, sending e-cards and other forms of present like reassignments, gift certificate and tcredits. This will create an impression that you also give, apart from taking from them.
8. Finally, treat them like business partners instead of workers.
