The financial benefits from your PSAs:
1. You will earn 45% of the commission volume (CV) on their purchases from TripleClicks (TC); for example if your PSA purchases a product that costs $220 and has a CV of $100, your commission is $45. This is known as direct commission (DC) and you can see this on any product by clicking the SFI Affiliate tab on the product display page. Please note that you may not earn commission on certain purchases by your PSA like when MRP are used for payment, purchase of auction products and some SFI promotion products.
2. As a team leader, you also earn matching VP (cash shares from TC Executive pool) directly from all your PSAs who are at least EA2 and up to their generations 1-11 who are also EA2 depending on your TL rank. However, apart from being a team leader, there are additional 2 requirements to qualify for VP match; (a) maintain your SFI Leadership Page and (b) also maintain a minimum 3-star Sponsor Rating (not applicable if less than 5 PSAs rate you). Example: If you are an BTL and the EA2s in your first 6 levels account for a total of 30,000 VP this month, then you earn a matching 30,000 shares of the Tripleclicks Executive Pool which is cash for real.
3. Assuming your PSA is also an E-Commerce Associate ECA) then you will receive 100 VP When the ECA generates at least $10 in sales, which means you earn 100 shares in TC executive pool, provided you are at least an EA. In addition you will earn 10% CV as royalty from any of your ECA's qualifying sales for life.
