For a Successful SFI Business we need to have a strong, active and motivated Team. How can we do all these & support the Team Members?
Quite often I read, " How to be an awesome Sponsor?"
I would like to share some of the best points I gathered from there:

1. First and foremost, we lead by example. What we want them to do, we should do and
show them how that can be done; People will trust a person who demonstrates rather than just do the ordering;
2. We should " work with the workers ";
3. Support them to the best of our abilities. Our success depends on their success;
4. Remain focused in providing valuable information through available modes of
communication including SFI's PSA/CSA Mailer System/Stream, etc.
5. posting a brief word of encouragement, a short tip or insight, a favorite quote, a quick comment regarding a recent SFI news item, a thank you, recognition of team members who have reached a milestone, or just a description of what you're doing to build your SFI business today in your Blog or Home Page;

There are so many other valuable points in the above area.
It also talks about what are all the things that we should not do.
One of them is, " Not to waste time on "skeptics and non-motivated people ".
I would conclude:
A. Please lead & demonstrate by your own actions; Show them your sincerity in their growth; Always show them how things can be done instead of just suggesting;
B. These are applicable to me first, as a Leader. I try and speak to my Team Members quite often. It enables me to understand their circumstances/feelings, etc.
