You benefit financially from the efforts of your PSAs by becoming a Team Leader and receiving more shares in the TripleClicks Executive Pool. In time, unless you are very active in direct sales, the TC Executive Pool will become your main source of income within SFI, so it's very powerful.
You benefit directly by earning VP when one of your PSAs becomes an EA2 or a Team Leader.
As each PSA builds their own team, and those team members become EA2s and Team Leaders as well, your income increases based on the the matching shares you earn.
