Your question is what all SFI Leaders must know. many affiliates have turn off their PSAs because of lack of proper motivation. As a sponsor you must know the do's and don'ts of motivations.
DON'TS
A sponsor must not begin to stress PSA to become EA.
A sponsor must not contact PSA everyday it will turn them off.
A sponsor must not ask or tell a PSA that it is compulsory to set up a Standing Order
DO'S
You can support and motivate your team by weekly mails pointing out some fact of success with SFI.
Once a while check on them and their families. be friendly and show concern as family member should.
when you notice the yellow button indicating they are online, click on it to ask them questions if they are having problems with their business.
Tell them the importance of SO and EA. its now their choice to make and not yours
Take example of Launchpad, SFI never rush us to finish it in a day but they give one per day for 30 days. so why rushing your team to do this and that, be patient with them. In fact your duties is to be telling them the importance of this and that not forcing them, its their choice to make when they see the importance you spells out.
good luck
