I am fairly new with SFI and the greatest thing I learned from my sponsor who has been none existent in my development is, You must READ to establish your own business well.
There are many sources of reading material to assist you assist your PSA. The list would be lengthy but for a snap shot, for your guidance and hence you teams guidance. I give you the specific sources of help for me when I first began.
1) SFI BASICS- giving you and your team the fundamentals, of theirs and your Business.

2) The LAUNCHPAD - After this 30 day training you and your team should be more confident to take on the challenge ahead.
3) The TRAINING PAGE from your affiliate center. This page will provide real good information about all your team could ask about.
Topics ranging from Sales, Sponsoring, Getting Started and other useful information.

4) And what helped me the most: The information that you can get from other SFI affiliates. Yes where you are now ASK SC; Forum and A2A
ASK SC - A place where there questions can be addressed by all who can help. For maximum coverage to bring about the best solution. As the questions asked here are questions that you have or may have had at one point in time.
Forum - Here your specific question may already be answered and you can spectate for your best solution. Or you could start a topic.
A2A - Here is where I found most help. Thank you to all my A2A who are seniors in SFI. A2A puts you in touch with members from around the world that can help. Be-friend a member that inspires you, ask your question and you will see the STRENGTH of SFI revealed. Its spirit! A2A is a medium where we help each one of us achieve.
Lastly if you are not going to be the source of your team members' assistance by acquainting yourself to the sources mentioned here and the many more available. Then at least you can point your PSA to a source where they CAN get guidance.
