This is a nice question and exactly what I am undergoing now.
To be able to depart knowledge about SFI, I have to prepare myself and read up the maximum, read answers on Ask SC and put forward questions to Ask SC. Only when I am thorough can I teach another. There is no ending to the learning process so my advice to you is read, ask and apply.
Before joining SFI I used to read magazines during my leisure but after joining SFI I go to the Ask SC section and rate answers. This has really helped me tremendously to understand SFI.
Please also make your PSA understand that it is curtail that he or she too has to read up and to get back to you if in doubt.
In order to fully understand the big picture of this business, read up the homepage of SFI time and again. And soon you will be able to answer all questions from your PSA’s.
