As a team leader, you can get matching shares of the Executive Pool on very affiliate under you - up to 12 generations downline. For every VP they earn, you can earn matching VP and the more VP you have the bigger the share of the Executive Pool you will have. Only PSAs can give you matching VP.
That is why we encourage them to recruit and sponsor their teams well - duplicating what we do. The more they build their teams and earn matching VP the more our own matching VP will grow and the bigger our shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool will become.
