We want to do things enjoyable as possible and at our own pace. Over enthusiasm can irritate our team members.
So, here is what I do in supporting and motivating my Team without demands.
1. I aimed to become friends to them - so aside from my "how to's and techniques" that I shared I also chat and send them personal messages.
2. I explain clearly the sources of possible income here at SFI and their corresponding success factors. And I let them choose what they like and at their pace.
3. I only send them quality messages - I deal with strategies and not mere on the facts that are already stated inside SFI-TripleClicks Websites. I do not send them more than 2 messages a week.
4. I always communicate to them that I am available anytime they have question. I study hard so that when they ask I know the correct answer.
