Hard work and a lot of asking for help are the only viable options here.
As a new member to SFI and new to marketing, I strongly advice against recruiting immediately. It puts a lot of pressure on yourself. It is also unfair to the PSA that you have recruited as he may not get the correct and full guidance he deserves. May get frustrated and leave. May sully SFI's reputation.
The only viable options that I can suggest are:
- Get up to speed yourself. Learn as much about SFI and its systems as quickly as possible. The same with marketing. This is a tall order!
- Seek help. There are many avenues of help available to you. The primary one of course is your Sponsor. If you are not getting answers from your sponsor, ask your co-sponsor and other uplines. Use the Forum and ASK SC and A2A friends. Most people in SFI are just willing to help even if they are not you uplines.
If you are in this situation, I suggest that you be very open with you new PSA (they can see when you joined SFI) and let them know that you are finding out the answers to his questions - that you are both learning at the same time. Working side by side will hopefully develop into a great friendship.
I would also suggest that you stop recruiting until you are up to speed - unless of course you enjoy being under pressure.
