This is a question on the lips of many SFI Affiliates. Before giving my answer I will first say that before you think about 'benefiting financially' from your team members you should think of them as 'friends you want to help'.
With this attitude you WILL benefit financially by their willingness to TRUST, LEARN and be LEAD by you. If your mind is purely on profiting from them you will find little success as, believe it or not, most people will know that you see them ONLY as a means to financial benefit for yourself, even if you do not say it out loud.
Having been a part of SFI for over 8 years I have always seen my PSAs not as a financial benefit for myself but, as a means to learn more about leadership and business. I owe a lot to my PSAs (both the active and the inactive) as they have taught me how to be a good leader and a good friend both within SFI and outside SFI. THAT is more important and more valuable to me than the commissions I earn.
The ways in which you benefit 'financially' from having a team of active affiliates is made clear on the Compensation Plan at https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan. There is no better place to look within the SFI system.
I urge all SFI affiliates to spend more time looking at your 'MOVERS' tab than at your 'SCOREBOARD' tab to be on your way to SFI success.
