Not having a Credit Card has nothing to do with whether or not one is able to become a Team Leader. It may be used by someone as an excuse not to move forward. If you are using a computer and logging in to SFI then you have many payment options available to you. Just type "Payment Options" into SFI Search.
You even can use TCredits, TCurrency and MRPs.
The methods you would employ to assist someone on your team that does not have a credit card would not change in the least bit.
Just keep on with business as usual and keep on learning and growing your SFI Team.
