In my opinion, I think you should. A lot of these work at home companies encourage individuals to join, but they rarely tell them what the next step is to become successful after joining. Frustated, they end up leaving the company because they feel their on their own.
Probably the reason for inactivity is because they don't understand SFI. Welcome them back and offer as much help as possible. Your encouagement lets them feel their not alone.
Offer tips and quotes from successful people. And encourage them to be persistent with SFI. This is an awesome company but success does not happen over night. They might just need a helping hand.
Your willingness to help teaches team how to become a great team leader. That's when duplication comes in, which will help them build a team. A successful team = more commission
