You can offer TCredits and a gift certificate to the affiliate, but do that very wisely. Many affiliates have tried to use the gift certificate method as a crutch or as a way to solicit funds from their sponsors or Team Leaders, including upline support, to the detriment of those who are trying to help them and their own business, as they are excluded from being a part of SFI because soliciting is against the rules.
You might also want to place the affiliate into one of your co-ops if he/she is a mover. A person who makes an effort in working this business will sincerely appreciate the help you offer, as long as it doesn't cripple that affiliate.
