I think you should neither encourage them nor discourage them. The reason is that SFI has the tools for affiliates to achieve every level imaginable. An affiliate should be allowed to work at his/her own pace, however quickly or slowly that pace may be. Just guide your affiliates by giving suggestions in your welcome letter and in your weekly communications concerning the various options they have for becoming movers in this wonderful business. Help the affiliates to duplicate when they qualify for whatever level they reach by placing them into co-ops and bringing in new affiliates to the team. This will help them get started with a team so they can begin to work with their affiliates and do what you do.
