A credit card is not a priority in order to become a Team Leader.
The priority is to build a strong team.
Explain to PSA-s that it is a priority to read and understand all of the lessons and rules of success.
Explain to PSA-s how to advertise SFI and products and help them with their advertising.
Explain to PSA-s how to teach their PSA-s.
If they still require the payment options there are numerous payment methods.
Credit Cards are not only cards that exist.
There are practical debit and gift cards.
The question is whether you want with advice help them or practical to help with the payments?
If you want to help them personally you can for example send a gift certificate or any personal assistance that's available.
