If you have been in SFI for any length of time you will experience someone leaving and then returning many months later. That is why it is a good thing that SFI keeps them on your genealogy list for a year before deleting their membership.
When I have noticed an affiliate that has been missing for a long time and has returned, I want to jump into the computer and hug them with my virtual arms, I want to put rings on their fingers and a purple robe to cover them with along with feasting on the fatted calf.
If it was me returning after being gone for a long time I would not want it posted on any of the social networks within SFI and TripleClicks. But I would like to be acknowledge by my sponsor with a polite “welcome back my friend” – (Use an E-Card or contact in person)
What the affiliate did during the time they were gone is none of our business the main thing is they returned.
I would ask only one time – if they left SFI for any specific reason – this question is asked only to find a solution to whatever problem they had or has.
If they choose not to give an answer don’t push it let things lay where they are. We are up-line team leaders it is our responsibility to encourage our affiliates not to mother or father them.
Now would be a good time to ask them (because they returned) what they want to accomplish with their SFI and TripleClicks business. And reassure the affiliate that you are there to help them all the way to the top.
*Welcome the affiliate
*Help solve issues (if any)
*Reassure them with positive affirmation
that you are always available to help them.
