It is a great thing to motivate your PSA's to move their business to a higher level, there are different values of it. ($10, $25, $50, $75, $100, $200, $500, $1000)
One more thing, if you have decent number of people in your downline, combine it with some active PSA reassign that is EA2 and I'm sure you will be amazed with the results!
