My best answer is encourage and always remember that you need to explain to your psa the whole benefit of being TL.
How TL works,
Explain the whole cycle of Sfi business,
make sure that he or she understand the SFI 3 basic steps
and make sure that your Psa know that Sfi is not a quick rich scheme
