This is completely all right. For the lowest TL status (Bronze TL), it is necessary to reach 1500 or 2000 Sales VP and 1000 or 1500 Action VP.
Of course, TCredits needed to achieve the Sales VP, you can earn up to countless ways, not just shopping. By participating in the sweepstakes at TripleClicks and SFI, prize competitions and the like.
Furthermore, it all depends on the affiliate. Having in mind that every new month starts from zero, and there is no help in the form of a variety of tasks (for which you get VP) that you had in the first month of building a team, from which they derive significant points.
