Encourage or discourage new members depend on themselves, of course it should not discourage but I used to explain all the advantages and disadvantages of team leaders. If your PSA active from the start and immediately started to work and build your team I do not see why they hinder rather be with them and cheer for them! Tell them to teach your team to go in their footsteps, to do the duplication and that's it! However, if the member first month accumulated only points without working on your team and advertising needs to explain what is happening next month if you do not confirm the status! I think this will be the whole issue, and that I have managed at least a little help, thanks and regards!
