I would suggest that the decision to become team lead is to be left up to your PSA's.
I would not encourage nor would I discourage. It is best to provide all the information that SFI has on what it means to be a TL. TL is not a tile but an actual relationship with down line members. Relationships require work and so it will be up to each member to really take time to consider what he or she can offer and to consider if what they offer is what a TL offers - if their answer is yes then they are off on the road to becoming a TL.
TL has it's benefits and so this may be a reason for downline members to achieve TL status but it is more sustainable to consider all that is required to become a TL and to consider the "why" for a member to want to become a TL.
TL is a great position to have with SFI - the more TL's we have in the organization the more teams we have which means our business on the whole is stronger and will be around for a long time.
