The problem with that is they break the good habit of studying hard and working towards completing goals and learn the skills of a-round-tuit. Man I love those little wooden pieces.
When a new member is getting started they need to work at their own pace with neither pressure to hurry through training or slowing down to a snail's crawl. If they complete their training and want to start a standing order this month to become a BTL then congratulate, then educate.
Make sure they know that there will not be as many free VP in coming months.
They need to understand that maintaining Executive Affiliate status is important. They need to understand that the only major benefit they get by becoming a BTL in month 1 is 40-60 CSA added to their teams to support and hopefully lead to success. The other benefits will not help them until they have a team to lead.
I understand you are especially concerned for the people with little to no money, but rest assured the faster they can find a way to secure a standing order the harder they will work to get back to profits and more serious they will take their business.
