If so as a Sponsor you should find out what is he expecting after becoming Team leader.You will come to know whether your PSA clearly understood compensation plan or not. If not , explain them the benefit of becoming a TEAM LEADER . Explain them that the leader should have a Team. Explain them clearly that it is financially sound to be a team leader only after having a team of EA2s . Even after explaining this are the PSAs ready to invest without having a TEAM in place? If they are fully aware that they do not have a Team in place but still they want to become a team leader , support their decision.
Ask them their BUSINESS PLAN. Ask them to set their goals, and help them to fine tune it. Just try to Understand their thinking about business. May be you will learn something new. Make them understand that they are responsible for their decision and to implement their OWN PLAN in to action. Just be a Support and guide to them .
Give them an offer to be a part of your CO-OP. Explain them benefit of being a partner in your CO-OP. So you are sharing their risk. Let them make their own decision.
By take risking with understanding pros and cons of each decision and taking responsibilities of own decision are part of learning. You can help them in your own way to support their own decision and providing a Leading hand.
