Remember ASK SC is a knowledge bank in SFI . It is an opportunity for the new comers in SFI to gain knowledge from the Experienced business professional. Your answer will be looked by them as a guide book for their own business. So what is expected is you provide your insight in the answer.
It should be in your own words. Whatever content is already available our Training module/ or under FAQ is not expected here as the reader is expected to have read it already. For example is some question is about earning more VPs we should NOT REPEAT What is Already Known ( such as daily action points, Weekly AVPs, Monthly AVPs etc.) Readers expect you to share what actions as a successful affiliate/ Team leader you took to GAIN MORE VPs. ( For Example someone wrote about Focusing on Signing More ECAs and focusing on promoting price benders auctions to sponsor more PRMs rather than focusing on PSA sign ups)
Think yourself as a successful TEAM LEADER reading your answer. What a successful Team leader would expect from the answer to rate it "YES"? They should find it motivational to their TEAM,
they should find something New that they may not have thought about or they may find the approach to the question being asked innovative and WORTH FOLLOWING by them selves and their team.
While writing you think that your answer is going to be included in the " Top answers this week" in the SFI weekly news letter. What things come to your mind when you think so?
Your answer should address the Question exactly in easy to understand language and no duplication. Your answer should be not copied one. Your answer should be Original.Your answer should have some tips to the readers that they can follow to become successful. Your answer should be GENUINE and not just for pleasing others. Your answer should be Rich in the content and context.
There after you need to present it without errors in spelling. Use external word processor and refine it over there and then copy it in he space provided for the answer.
Your answer should be in English and easy to understand without use of complex words or jargon.
Use paragraphs . Use Capitals , use Spaces between Paragraphs. Write in such a manner that after reading top few lines , reader is interested to read the content below.( By experience you will become master of it.)
Once the reader knows that there is something valuable he/ she is reading they will start reading it completely.
Preferably submit the answer withing 2-3 days of question getting listed. Submit it before Saturday/ Sunday when chances of more people reading it are more.Address the questioner at the start. Use They instead of He/ She of Their for His / Her
Make use of the space provided.
More importantly Play for Winning the Game and don't be afraid of loosing. Then you will always be a winner.
