I would NEVER discourage anyone from becoming a Team Leader at any time.
The best way to encourage your down-line member to become a Team Leader is to show your gratitude to them when ever they do anything "right". Send them one of those "snazzy" looking E-Cards to let them know just how great they are doing. Send them some TCredits. Send them a re-assigned PSA who has generated a minimum of 600 VP during the previous 90 days.
You can help your "newbie" PSAs write a great Welcome Letter to send to each PSA they themselves sponsor. Encourage them to place a standing order for S-Builder Co-op shares each and every month.
And always close your note with, "Thank you for being on MY team, ~firstname~!"
We will see you at the top much sooner when you have a lot of Team Leaders under you in your down-line.
