This is related to Active and Non Active members.
We should encourage our PSAs if they wants to become Team Leaders...
At least we know, these PSA are active. As a leader to them, we know deep in them that they already have a dream, and that's to become Team Leader. It is like a gift for us as if we had a bright student in our class aiming for a bright future. Lets help these guys..
Since we are their leaders, we are also learning. We need to learn more about them. Their quality, their weaknesses, what are they expert in or which are their likes most. Well, all these refer to marketing, team building, sales promoting and all that links to gain success with our SFI.
I am sure that they also knows, to achieve their dreams, they have to work for it. And to work hard to earn their own success is possible with SFI. Everyone knows that, and thats where we plays a part, giving moral support, creative ideas, motivational quotes or perhaps create teams activity.
Well, thats it,
Work well with your active participants,
Invest with them is just like investing in your business too. They need our help today, one day once they achive their Team Leader, they will in turn practise a good leadership. Everything they do better for themselves will just helps grow your income too.
