I think overall, Knockout Trivia probably has a pretty good score in all 3. Well, a little low on VP, since only 1/entry. If you spend TCs in the game, can increase your VPs. Otherwise, the more questions you get right, the more TCs and MRP you will win, even if not the game. Big wins of TCs/MRPs for winners.
Best overall choice is auctions for TC packs. Each bid costs 1 TC, pays 5 (or10) MRPs/bid, and 1AVP/bid. This can account for up to 500 AVP/month toward your rank, and unlimited toward your totals.
All the games cost at least 1TC/entry, most of them involve VPs/MRPs in the rewards. It is not easy to decide which is best.
Ultimately, I would say the ones you most enjoy playing. All of them are enjoyable, some pay more of this or more of that, so a little hard to pick just one...
