This is a very complicated question for many but for the experienced ones, it would be relatively an easier one to answer.
As far as I am concerned, I always encourage my PSAs to retain their status as EA (Executive Affiliate) in the system to earn a commission each other and other perks till they are in a position to create their own Team to become a Team Leader.
I do believe in the simple logic that a Leader will survive for long only if he/she has got a successful and active team under them otherwise, there is no point in reaching the status of Team Leader status just to boast for.
Nevertheless, I will explain all the benefits of being of a Team Leader to my PSAs in advance so that they can plan their strategies accordingly to reach that coveted status through proper planning and ideas.
In this system, it is very important to enroll more and more PSAs under one’s belt and make them active and successful to work for them and earn the income and also the duplication.
Hence, at the outset, I will not encourage my new PSAs to go for the status of Team Leader unless they are ready to reach that destination confidently with proper planning.
I do believe, no leader can survive for long without the support of an active and successful team.
