Don't be too long-winded with your answers. Stay on the point of the question. Keep your words, ideas, presentation interesting. A little humor sometimes helps!:)
Do your best to give a full, sensible answer. Someone is reaching out, asking for help. Answer them with the same quality with which you would like to be answered. Have respect for their intelligence, be honest.
After that, it is purely up to how well the other affiliates receive your answers!! (Which is really NOT the primary purpose of answering - SFI is creating a vast knowledge base with which to help all affiliates.)
