I will always prefer to encourage team work and team building before advising for my PSA to go for TL, but if i find those eager ones, I explain to them the dangers ahead and provide them ways to quickly see how to raise a quick downline to manage because i see no reason to be a team leader when you have no team to lead.
Instead of discouraging them on TL right away, encourage them to study more and grow their team by the principle of duplication which you are practcing that brought them into the team.
Instead of encouraging them, you direct them on best way to start earning more and creating residual income and duplication, above all, every PSA should atleast aim for TL from the second month.
