I would say no.
Why? Because they loose interest to fast if they do not earn an income immediately.
I encourage them to at least become EA in the first month while learning and reading all they can absorb about SFI and its inner workings.
In month 2 I start encouraging to become BTL and remain BTL for at least 3 months while training and supporting their down line. This way the team as a whole is better trained and well informed.
I have found that PSA's that follow this route tend to stay in SFI and build strong businesses of their own.
In the end the better trained your team is the better your income will be, and their's off course.Hope this helped you, Mary.
