This is a good question my answer is discourage my PSAs.And then inform them why.
It really makes NO sense being a Team Leader without an ACTIVE TEAM.
When you have an ACTIVE team earning VP for post of Leader is much easier and this way you will really earn your Title.
The hardest Vp to earn is ACTION VP and most them you have to acquire TCredits(which means you have to spend) to earn them which means if you achieve you Leadership this way you will be buying it
So from your enrollment here your main focus should be on team building.You can maintain your EA rank on an average of $20 investment every month until you can afford a SO.
You should work on duplication
for support of any PSA of your downline you will receive
For EA support your earn 100VP every month
For BTL support you earn 150VP every month
For STL support you earn 200VP every month
For GTL support you earn 250VP every month
For PTL support you earn 300VP every month
Example if in your downline you manage to support 4 PSAs to EA
you will earn 100 x 4 =400 VP for you (sponsor) which will be added to your monthly VP total which will give you added shares in Executive Pool hence more commissions for you (sponsor).
So it is better to follow 3 Basic Steps of SFI until you have an ACTIVE team
3 steps are
1..Become EA earn 1500 VP maintain EA continue achieving 1500VP or over monthly
2..Recruit 5 ACTIVE PSAs
3..Teach these 5 to do the same 3 steps
It is better to to develop a TEAM!! "Together Everyone Achieves More!!".
