This is a very good question, one that I have debated
in my own mind.
I believe if you push your PSA to go for Team Leader
too quickly, especially if they do not have a team below them,
they will become discouraged and quit all together.
If you encourage your PSA to remain an EA2 until they
have an active team, then they will see that you have
their best interest at heart.
Some PSAs, and I put myself in this category, have a
"go get it" mentality and will work as hard as they can to
go for team leader and maintain it since there are so many
more benefits to being a team leader.
