Firstly, there are a lot of differences between EA and Team Leader. Every month SFI rewards us VPs, TCs, PSAs and CSAs for achieving our ranks. The quantity differs in number as we go more higher.
Secondly, the word itself has two different meanings. As EA as we know means a special Executive Affiliate which is more to an affilite job and duty. But as for Team Leader, they lead all other affiliates, and also other Team Leaders under them. The word leader has a noble value.
Thirdly, we are in this field together and the full journey in SFI is to produce a better Entreprenuership. Aim High. Take the Oak Tree as an example. The team network grows bigger and bigger every month, duplication stretch down 12 level deep forming up ground's strong foundation. While we are busy looking down, we are also growing up, up to the sky.
